Moving into the information age with Hectronic. Parking ticket machines, ticket vending machines and other types of service machine are beginning to generate more and more information: payment information, operating status, POS data and so on. This information has to be transmitted, received and processed. The aim of our software CityLine is to provide these services for our customers around the world, including providing information, reports, operational support and, most importantly, all available information from any location in the world via simple internet access.
CityLine is an extremely secure, reliable and versatile database. The software provides an interface between all parties involved in operating Hectronic machines. CityLine offers three main functions: live monitoring, settings and statistics.
Managers can create reports easily and securely and technicians can easily find out what machines they have to service on their next round. Monitoring means knowing what is going on. The machine provides information; the system provides an analysis. The operator draws conclusions from the information and actively alters the basic framework. A dynamic business tool, variable tariffs and hours of operation.
