The intelligent system

FuelData in connection with the Hectronic autofuel terminals represents a complete software solution regarding refuelling. The program was not only developed for company owned filling stations, but also for public ones. FuelData can be used as single-station or server/client solution. Numerous import and export interfaces as well as additional and supplementary modules, such as vehicle schedule monitoring and vehicle cost finding, make FuelData a management instrument that goes beyond the pure processing of refuelling data. Thus, for example, invoicing for external clients, fuel orders, or refuelling card updates can be done via FuelData. The range of possible applications is unlimited. In short: FuelData automates the fuel management, and this branch-independent.

FuelData is subdivided into various packages in order to allow the user to choose the specific functions required by him. The packages in detail:

FuelData COM (data transmission package)

This basic version is designed for the use in typical company's filling stations. This means: only private consumers. FuelData COM provides the stock management, which also includes the financial sector. Since different calculations are used, not only the discounts but also the actual litre price (date) of a product are determined for each client. Moreover, the tank data and filling level are managed. In addition, the software supplies all stock information.

FuelData FLEET (vehicle analysis package)

In addition to FuelData COM, here all vehicle parameters required for the analysis are stored. Already the basic version is structured in such a way that it is possible to centrally manage all vehicle specific data subdivided into two parts: the vehicle and fleet structure analysis. FuelData ensures that the nominal average consumption is displayed, one does not miss a TÜV (German technical inspection service) appointment nor a due service. Even the required tyre changes are indicated. The refuelling log generates a detailed list of all refuelling, calculates the kilometres driven and the average consumption, and generates the monthly data for the fleet and cost centre analysis.

FuelData ACCOUNT (accounting package)

In FuelData ACCOUNT, in addition to the FuelData COM package, the client's data is of major importance. All data can be centrally managed. Accounting (invoicing or delivery note) is done for all selected client's refuelling data. A bank file with collection statement, management of outstanding posts or detailed turnover statistics also make part of it. FuelData can be used with the common data formats. It ideally suits the HECTRONIC automatic machines; there are no problems at the interfaces. The single components work perfectly together.
