The filling-up security system AFS 60 distinguishes itself by the latest technologies combined with easy operation. The system is especially tuned to work with Hectronic's TWM and operates only in combination with the same.
It's approved for operation in explosion endangered areas and all necessary electrical components are installed in the same housing (control, display, analysis, electro-pneumatic pilot valve).

Engineering
The device is equipped with on of the most modern micro-controlled gauge analysis systems. Even though, it is possible to operate it via a single push button.
Field of application
This device substitutes the devices of the AFS 14, AFS 14/2, AFS 21/2, and AFS 40/41 generation on the market at the moment. It is also compatible to the devices of other manufacturers.
Emptying the tank truck
The filling-up security system is connected to the gauge in the client’s tank (or to the shorting socket) via the cable roller. The system recognizes automatically the kind of situation (normal dispensing or dispensing with shorting socket closed) and releases the dispensing or requires the confirmation of short-out dispensing.
Pump and gravity dispensing
The two types differ from each other only by the software configuration. The TWM controls the appropriate modules.
