It is the sophisticated design of our state-of-the-art fill level management system that gives OPTILEVEL the edge, allowing changes in fuel quality to be detected. The level gauging system supplies all the information you need for this.
The bull's-eye - Quality that speaks for itself
By measuring density and dielectricity OPTILEVEL has sharpened its technological edge, allowing changes in fuel quality to be detected - a key issue for today's effective quality assurance.

Taken separately, density and dielectricity measurements can provide a detailed indication of the fuel quality within a tank; taken together, however, they provide an even clearer picture of the medium in question. In generic systems, such as the controller 104M, density and volume are compensated to a standard temperature of 15°C.
Density
The hydrostatic differential pressure is measured by a pressure sensor located in the tip of the gauge. The measurement is measured integrally rather than at randomly selected points, allowing the entire amount of fuel to be measured.
Dielectricity
Dielecricity is measured at ten separate segments, allowing you to detect changes in the product.
The OPTILEVEL USP
Single gauge and opening instead of two costly sets of equipment
Unlike magnetostrictive sensor technology, which utilises two separate systems to calculate fill level and density, OPTILEVEL offers integrated density measurement, which means that one gauge is all you require. As a result, there's no need to create further openings in the tank for additional probes.
Comprehensive tank measurement - not random sampling
Another benefit of OPTILEVEL is that it measures the average density of the entire tank, meaning that changes can be detected almost as soon as they occur.
Upgrading is easy - no need for expensive and time-intensive installations
The new gauge can be installed quickly and easily into existing systems. OPTILEVEL can be integrated with your existing infrastructure without requiring extra lines to be laid, thus representing a considerable cost saving for you.
The facts speak for themselves; OPTILEVEL is number one for the job.
