The Optilevel Supply provides the power to the connected probes and forms the communication interface between the probes and the subsequent controller or site management system.
At the same time the Supply takes over the galvanic separation of each individual probe and offers thereby a safe explosion prevention. In addition, all probe data are bundled and converted onto a standard serial interface RS 232.
OPTILEVEL Supply offers the possibility to connect up to eight probes. Using the RS 232 interface, fuel terminals, POS systems or modems can directly be connected. The modules can be extended to a maximum of 4 units 4xSupply-8; that means: up to 32 HLS probes can be steered.
Each probe works individually. In case of failure of one probe, all others continue working without interruption. Upon a restart of a new probe, it is recognised automatically and connected.
