Start of Vocational Training Made Easy: “Get together days” at Hectronic a Full Success

With a total of nine trainees and students Hectronic welcomes more career startes than usual this year. These include one industrial clerk, three electronic engineers for devices and systems, one IT-specialist for system integration and three students in the fields of business informatics, IT and marketing management. Furthermore, one student of Furtwangen University will write his bachelor thesis with Hectronic. Vocational training is a long-term investment into the future of the company and an important pillar for Hectronic in order to meet the future demand for skilled labor. It is the goal of the “get-together-days” at the start into working life to convey the career starters a sense of togetherness from the outset.

The training for the new arrivals began with a seminar focussed on information about the organisational processes and the rules of conduct at Hectronic. In order to find their way through the company the participants took tours in small groups as part of the introductory programme. Everybody was delighted that the annual team training could take place as planned. Early in the morning, the trainees came to Hinterzarten to meet the adventure professionals from “Zwerger und Raab”, a company certified for team training under Corona conditions. The trainees faced interesting challenges that could only be solved together in a team. The training started with a short round of introductions, followed by a few tricky tasks for the team and a feedback round. It is the goal to give the “old” and “new” trainees a chance to get to know each other in an easy-going way. As always, the team spirit was in the foreground here. The cohesion forming at an early stage can be felt during the complete training period and beyond. This is particularly important for Hectronic: you like to work where you feel comfortable.

We are looking forward to our time together with the career starters and wish them lots of fun, success and a good start!
