Four decades with the same employer is a rarity in today's working world - but they still exist, these rare specimens. One of them is Christel Fehrenbach, who began her career with us in Bonndorf in 1984 as a packer. She soon switched to assembly, where she experienced the technical changes at first hand - from purely mechanical displays to modern machines with touchscreen technology.

At the Hectronic anniversary celebration at Schwarzwaldhof Nicklas, Bonndorf's mayor Marlon Jost presented her with a certificate of honor from the state of Baden-Württemberg - signed by Minister President Kretschmann himself - as a token of thanks and recognition. Hectronic Production Manager Mario Lange paid tribute to Christel's tireless commitment and her role as a mainstay in the parking assembly area, where she has worked since 1994.

He particularly emphasized the interpersonal component: “At Hectronic, colleagues have become friends and friends have become a family that is there for each other and sticks together - even outside of work. We look forward to many more years with you,” Mario concluded.
