A new training year has begun – and we are delighted to welcome six new faces to Hectronic!

• Leon is starting his apprenticeship as an industrial clerk.

• Jona and Elias are beginning their apprenticeship as electronics technicians.

• Valentin has chosen the path of IT specialist.

• Marlon and Jannik are starting their dual study program in computer science at DHBW.

As is tradition, our introductory days were also part of the training kick-off this year. During these days, new and current trainees meet, tackle team tasks together, and take part in playful exercises that are not only fun but also strengthen cooperation and help ease any first-day nerves. We wish our new apprentices and students a successful start and an exciting, rewarding time at Hectronic!

We are just as delighted to celebrate several anniversaries this year:

• Lena and Tiemen have been part of Hectronic for 10 years,

• Daniel and Kenny have been with our team for 25 years,

• and Sieglinde has been shaping our company for an impressive 40 years.

What makes this truly special: All of them started their careers with an apprenticeship at Hectronic and have remained loyal to us ever since – a strong testament to our corporate culture and a great example for the next generation!
