Our Hectronic Sales Partner Liquid Automation Systems (LAS) in Africa recently succeeded in enthusing the company CBG, which is the largest bauxite mining company in the world, for Hectronic products. Bauxite is an important ingredient for producing aluminium and is therefore very much in demand. Hectronic’s filling station management system was implemented efficiently for the two mines in Kamsar and Sangaredi. Altogether, an amazing total of 27 Heconomy fuel stations were set up: 18 of the Heconomy wall-mounted versions and nine mobile versions. In addition to this, two OptiLevel filling level sensors and 10 Mineo Touch Controllers were installed for the visualization of all tank content data. An extension of the project is already planned. For Hectronic, Africa is a growth continent with much potential.
