Oel-Heimburger GmbH has long since made a name for themselves in the petrol station and petroleum industry. In addition to the sale of lubricants and heating oil, the company’s main focus is on the operation of more than 100 filling stations in Baden-Württemberg and Saxony. Some of these petrol stations have been equipped with fuel terminals by Hectronic since the end of last year.  A total of 12 HecStar units provide convenient, round-the-clock petrol station operation. Particularly noteworthy is the equipment of the terminals with an emergency call and service function, which can be selected via the integrated touch display. This helps directly and prevents the loss of customers. This function is particularly important at unstaffed petrol stations and is already one of the inspection criteria by TÜV. The connection of the fuel terminals to the existing petrol station organisation makes it way easier for Heimburger. A new interface to the ALADIN cash register and TMAS, Heimburger’s BackOffice software, was developed for this purpose.

In addition to optimising the filling station business, we were also able to automate the refuelling processes for the company’s own fleet. At the petrol station in Rottweil, vehicles and drivers can be automatically and reliably identified with PetroPoint. The company benefits from more comfort and safety.
