Inspired by the great results of the last customer survey, Hectronic France is continuing to offer all new customers a service contract which covers all Hectronic products installed at the filling station. The service offered includes a routine annual check-up of the installations at the filling station as well as necessary service visits, and covers all costs in respect of spare parts, labour and the technician’s call-out. Fixing technical problems always has the highest priority. This type of service contract guarantees the customer enormous peace of mind, maximum safety and total reliability. Last, but certainly not least, the French Hectronic subsidiary conducts regular customer surveys to further improve the quality of the technical service offer; the results have been very positive with a satisfaction rate of over 90%.
