The ScanCar is now rolling through Freiburg – and our system platform from THE LÄND (Germany’s business and innovation hub Baden-Württemberg) is once again at the heart of this pilot project! Whether it’s app-based payments, digital residential parking permits, municipal administrative processes, or the ScanCar’s data: our CityLine Data Hub connects all data streams as a central digital control hub. On this foundation, together with our ScanCar partner DCX Innovations, we are delivering parking enforcement that is digital, efficient, and secure.

How it works:
✅ Digital check-in: Users simply enter their license plate number at our intelligent parking machines.
✅ Seamless connectivity: CityLine manages the data exchange with the ScanCar.
✅ Maximum efficiency: Up to 1,000 vehicles can be checked per hour – conserving valuable municipal resources!

Security & data protection come first: Data is collected exclusively from parked vehicles. License plates of correctly parked vehicles are deleted immediately, and recorded individuals are automatically pixelated. Data is only used for its intended purpose in the event of a violation.
