Customers can pay by card or contactless with mobile phone. The user guidance is realized by a large and very robust touch display. Upon successful payment process the ticket can be issued by QR-Code or email.

The CiteaPico is small and compact, thus cost-efficient to purchase and economic to operate. After all, it is not necessary to replace paper rolls or coin boxes. With fewer rides personnel costs can be reduced.
