The two Malaysian cargo ports Johor Port and Northport are major hubs for international trade. The operational scale is impressive: More than 750 vehicles are in use day and night. This makes automated refuelling stations and digital recording of all transactions essential for a smooth operation around the clock.

Together with our partner Strateq we have set up a customized system solution in both ports. 11 Heconomy terminals as well as 3 mobile Heconomy terminals directly on tank trucks ensure the authorization of all refuelling processes. Very practical for the operational use is our automatic vehicle and driver recognition system PetroPoint. A nozzle unit ensures rapid identification and virtually eliminates fuel loss and misfuelling.

Our proven probe technology OptiLevel provides reliable and accurate level measurement. The Mineo controller with an integrated touch screen offers an overview of fill levels and sends the data to the office. There, inventory management and fuel consumption analyses can be performed with our management tool HecPoll. Since HecPoll is a cloud solution (SaaS), no additional hardware, server maintenance or IT personnel is required. Only a device (PC/notebook/ tablet) and internet connection are necessary to access the web interface.

Despite offering a holistic solution architecture, our system has once again demonstrated its flexibility through an easy integration into the existing infrastructure. Whether fuel dispensers or flow meters – our solution can work with the hardware of all well-known manufacturers.
